We accept Bank Transfers through Quickbooks, Check, Cash, Zelle or Venmo.
There is a 3.5% Fee for using Credit Cards.

For events we typically select 25-75 top images to edit per shooting hour.
So a 4-hour shoot can range anywhere from 100 to 300 images.

We typically shoot in 4k and deliver to client in 1080p since this is the standard size. Please reach out to us if you would prefer 4k or even 8k.

The client is responsible for the parking fee’s that SPF Studios crew members have to pay. This will be added in the invoice if it is not covered.

Travel Fee’s are added when a SPF Studios crew member has to travel anywhere that exceeds 45 minutes one way, 1.5 hours roundtrip from location. The travel fee can range, if flights are taken or taxi expenses are required for traveling gigs, this also includes up to 2-3 nights stay at a hotel.
